Access Granted: Access to the Final Documents of the products is granted subject to these terms and conditions and entitles you to

• I. Use the Final Documents of the products only as specified in these terms.
• II. Make electronic copies of each Final Document for your personal use.
• III. Make necessary mechanical copies (e.g. printed or photocopied) of the Final Documents for your personal records and as required for the completion of the specific transactions for which the Final Documents are intended.

Please note that limited access to the Final Documents is for lawful purposes only and does not grant any rights beyond the specific uses listed above. If you wish to use the Final Documents for any other purpose, you must seek additional permission from DigiKagaz.

Accuracy of Generated Documents: DigiKagaz does not warrant the accuracy of the documents generated using its services. It is the user's responsibility to verify and check the accuracy of the generated documents independently.

Legal Advice Disclaimer: DigiKagaz is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice (as defined below). Your use of DigiKagaz material or any DigiKagaz services does not create a solicitor-client relationship between you and DigiKagaz.

You are solely responsible for all decisions you make on legal matters and agree to retain legal counsel licensed in your jurisdiction for any legal issue of sufficient importance to reasonably require it.

You agree that any communication from DigiKagaz, its agents, employees, or any other associated entity that could be considered legal advice is not authorised by DigiKagaz and must be immediately deleted and disregarded.

Except as expressly provided in these terms, you are solely responsible for determining the value of and appropriate use of DigiKagaz material and must seek the assistance of a licensed attorney if needed.

Prohibition of Use: DigiKagaz reserves the right to prohibit organisations, groups, individuals, or yourself from using its websites, DigiKagaz material, or DigiKagaz services at its discretion. This prohibition may be enforced without prior notice and for any necessary reason by DigiKagaz.

Contacting Clients: DigiKagaz will not reach the users' clients or attempt to do so in any way.

All data collected by DigiKagaz is treated per our privacy policy.

Changes to Terms and Conditions: DigiKagaz reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. If DigiKagaz makes any material changes to these terms and conditions, it will notify users by posting the revised terms on its website or through other appropriate means. By continuing to use DigiKagaz's services after any such changes, users acknowledge and agree to be bound by the revised terms. Termination of Account: DigiKagaz reserves the right to terminate any user's account at any time and for any reason.

Prohibited Actions: Users are prohibited from deploying any computer programs or automated software on the resources of DigiKagaz, including the mobile app, website, and servers. Users are also prohibited from attempting to reverse engineer or hack the software of DigiKagaz, or engage in any other unauthorized activity that may compromise the security or integrity of DigiKagaz or its systems.

Intellectual Property: All intellectual property rights in the content and materials provided by DigiKagaz, including its brand name and logo, are owned by DigiKagaz and are protected by copyright and trademark laws. Users shall not use or attempt to appropriate such intellectual property for their own benefit.

Modification of Services: DigiKagaz reserves the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, its services or any portion thereof without prior notice. DigiKagaz will not be liable to users or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of its services.

Disclaimer of Warranties: DigiKagaz provides its services on an "as is" and "as available" basis and makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the operation of its services or the information, content, materials, or products included on them. To the full extent permissible by applicable law, DigiKagaz disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

Indemnification: Users agree to indemnify and hold DigiKagaz and its affiliates, officers, agents, and employees harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of users' use of the services, violation of these terms and conditions, or violation of any rights of another.

Limitation of Liability: In no event shall DigiKagaz be liable for any damages or losses suffered by users as a result of using its services, except in the case of gross negligence or wilful misconduct by DigiKagaz. In such cases, the maximum liability of DigiKagaz shall be limited to Rs. 1000.

Waivers: The failure of DigiKagaz to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these terms and conditions shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. Any waiver of these terms and conditions by DigiKagaz must be in writing and signed by an authorized representative of DigiKagaz.

Severability: If any provision of these terms and conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be enforced to the maximum extent possible, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force.

Governing Law: These terms and conditions and any disputes arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed under the laws of Kota.

Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms and conditions shall be resolved through arbitration by a sole arbitrator to be appointed by the court of competent jurisdiction under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act 1996. By using the services of DigiKagaz, users acknowledge and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
